ORHS - Smart Shelf
The Smart Shelf gives a mechanism to interact directly with your patron whether its in retail shop or a library.When a patron performs a certain action, like picking a product from a shelf, a backend system take notice of this action and build interesting information overtime.
In library you would be able to know what are the books that are most read and least read, how much time does a book spend out of shelves and in retail system you would be able to track the most-picked up items, least-picked up items etc. This information can help you to plan your stocks.
